Activation License and Credit Requests and Status
- All Product Activation should be sent to activation@echelon.com.
- All license/credit new and replacement requests should be sent to edge.support@diasemi.com
- To get status of a previous sent in request you can either
- send an email to edge.support@diasemi.com
- submit a "Support" ticket with the License and Credits checkbox checked.
Don't include credit card information with a Support Ticket
