No. Re-installing and repairing the software has no affect on the LonMaker License and credits, and Commissioning Tool (CT) license information.
The same is true for LNS Server, OpenLNS Server, IzoT Net Server, LNS DDE Server and LonScanner. These are also not affected by Re-installing and repairing the software.
Some workarounds required you to delete or rename the LonWorks directory; this also has no affect on the license or credits.
