How can the CPM-4200 image be loaded? (KB1050)

Loading CPM-4200 image:

1. Nodeutil 3.23+ supports loading an image to the CPM. Nodeutil uses a new ‘load image’ protocol for CPM devices, as they are not neuron devices.
2. CPM-4200 development (Eclipse) supports loading an image to the CPM, Eclipse uses OpenOCD; OpenOCD can be used directly if desired.
3. Currently, LonMaker, LNS, CT and IzoT Net Server don't support image download to CPMs.
