My Echelon Support Portal Login no longer works - password reset doesn't work (KB1092)

Echelon Support recently (June 2019) changed our Support Tool and your previous Support login couldn't be transferred.

If you try to login in with your old login username/password you can't log in and if you do a password reset you won't get a password reset email.

Sign up for a new login account. Once you do this the first time you should have no problem logging in again.
