It's possible to integrate a current web page with the API of a Smart Server?

I'm totally new in this areas but i'm concerned about the gateway that i need to connect the smart server and merge with my software solutions.

I dont want to use the pages that comes with the smart server or those that you can make custom with the vision tool, instead i want to integrate my own web page and access through the API to the smart server and finally access to the device community, it's that possible ?
