Echelon does not have third-party plug-ins or XIF files.

If the device is LonMark certified, you should find the XIF file on the LonMark association website at LonMark http://www.lonmark.org/products/

Otherwise, you will need to contact the device's manufacturer directly.

Since you are looking for a plug-in you should go to the device manufacturer, Carel, Web site http://www.carel.com/

The device that I'm connecting to is a CAREL pCO5+ with a LON FTT-10 communication card.
