Hi. I purchased a IzoT FT 6000 EVK - Evaluation and Development Kit but I can not install the IzoT NodeBuilder Software. I try to input the serial number from the back of IzoT Commissioning Tool DVD but I get the following error "Please enter a valid serial number". What can I do?

The IzoT Commission Tool (CT) DVD serial # is only used for CT. The IzoT NodeBuilder CD should have its own Serial #. Do you see a Serial # on the NodeBuilder CD? Also when did you purchase the FT 6000 EVK?
