Cannot see the Add-ins for LONMaker in Visio.

I followed the KB 584 and 767 directions but Visio still does not recognize the lonmaker.vsl add-on. It's Visio Premium pre-installed by the clients' IT group on a 2008R2 64-bit server. LONMaker installed under the Program Files (x86) directory.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
