"Could not save the LonWorks Path in the Registry" error message.

I tried to install IzoT Net Server(4.02.028) on a Windows 8.1 64bit PC,but I cannot install.
There is a message dialog that sais "Could not save the LonWorks Path in the Registry"
How can I resolve this problem?

I tried install again from command prompt
">msiexec /i IzoTNetServer402.msi" and the installation was successful.
But I could install by only double clicking "IzoTNetServer402.msi" on Windows7 32bit PC.
Could someone teach me which is the cause of this error, " Windows 8.1" or "64bit OS"?
I have to explain my customer.
