LNS Server not available.

Dear all,

I am using lonwatcher 3 version 3.4.1422.1. when I am opening the lonwatcher it shows me the error as described below:

An error occurred while loading LNS Server. the error is : componenet 'lcaobjsv.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered. a file is missing or invalid. the application may need reset.

I am using windows 8 and I also try in windows 10 same problem occur. please suggest me to sough out from this problem.
