Honeywell AscLonVAV Plugin not working with Izot

Hello, 

I am having a problem with running the Honeywell AscLonVAV Plugin with my Izot database. 

When I try to run the plugin I get this error:

I have no problem when I run this plugin on my other servers. 

The plugin is showing as registered. 

Any help is much appreciated.
