Echelon U10 Network Interface - no reaction after update

After a windows update my two U10 Network Interface did not run anymore, in the device manager one U10 was recognized without driver and the other one with defective driver. After reinstallation the same behavior. A new one, the third U10, was recognized immediately. Is it maybe because of the registry entries? Is there a way to use the U10 again?
