New URL for software download and document portal

Last week, It seems the IEC software download page was moved to

SSIoT flash image and IZoT CT can be downloaded.
But I could not download the rest of software using Google Chrome.

It seems it is the TLS ver 1.0/1.1 issue that Google Chrome terminated its support because of security concerns.
